Can we schedule a call to discuss the website?
Absolutely! We offer FREE consultation.
The first step is submitting our service request form which is an interactive (and quick to fill) questionnaire form that gives us the right information about your website with a technical explanations that you might not be able to suitably express.
Do I have to give you my login details?
No, you don’t. You are able to grant us website designer access (as collaborators or contributors) to work on your website. The access restricts us to specific areas of the website that we need to do our work.
You are able to revoke our access when the work is completed and re-grant such access in the future if/when you need our assistance again.
Will I be able to edit the website on my own?
Absolutely! Different website builders allow you to manage and update websites at different capacities. Our job is to help you build a professional and effective website without sacrificing the easy-to-use functionality of those platforms.
Do you offer maintenance or retainer services?
Yes we do. We are still working with clients from as far back as 10 years ago.
Some clients have left us with designer access to their websites such that if/or whenever they need something updated or modified that is beyond their tech skills or they simply don’t have the time to do themselves, all they have to do is send us a message to take care of it for them.
